Our Return Policy

Thrive Pickleball is a small business, so we take time to ensure that each paddle shipped out is of the best quality and ready for use. Customer service is vital to us. However, we understand that issues occur, and there is no one best paddle for everyone.

Each customer will have 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to return an item. All items must be new/unused and contain all original packaging (including plastic wrap) and accessories to receive full credit. Items not in a resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any paddles that are determined to be unacceptable will not be eligible for a return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
 
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
 

Warranty

Our products come with a 120-day warranty from the original purchase date.  Any issues that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect will be covered by Thrive.  Once it is deemed defective, we will replace the paddle or product free of charge including shipping.

Warranty does not cover damage through improper usage, normal play usage, negligence, abuse, or accidents.  It does not cover theft or loss of items.  It also does not cover fading graphics, worn grip tape, or regular wear and tear. You must be the original purchaser to be eligible for the warranty.

Thrive Pickleball reserves the right to examine the existence of a defect for all products. Warranty claims will be accepted at the discretion of Thrive Pickleball.

Please allow 3-5 business days for warranties to process after receipt in order for us to verify issues.
 

Shipping Information

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday-Friday will be fulfilled and shipped the SAME DAY.

 

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We ship priority anywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays, plus 1 day for processing. Please contact the mail carrier (USPS) for updates regarding your order status.

Missing Package?

If your package is marked as delivered but still missing, please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up in 3 more days, please contact us at tara@thrivepb.com

Thrive Pickleball is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.). Thrive is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with your full name and tracking number.​

Thrive Pickleball is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
